Fz 25 Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the fz 25 platform and its members. By registering with or using fz 25, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms.

Fz 25 is an international online betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. We offer betting across a range of sports, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

Fz 25 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.

To register with fz 25, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Providing a false name, address, or phone number is strictly prohibited.
• Registering using another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.

During registration, fz 25 will send an OTP for verification. Use this code yourself only — never share it with anyone else.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

The following rules apply to all members when placing bets on fz 25:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except through the cash-out feature).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Odds may change at any time during a match (live betting).
• Fz 25 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error in the odds is identified.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event and varies by market and event.
• Any bet placed by exploiting a system error will be voided.

For accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections will still stand.

• Bonus funds cannot be used to wager on another bonus.

• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device or IP address is not permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Bonus arbitrage or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Use of automated betting software or bots.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.

The fz 25 security team monitors all transactions around the clock. Any suspicious activity will result in the immediate suspension of the account and the initiation of an investigation.

Fz 25 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Involvement in any prohibited activities.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. If a balance exists at the time of closure, it will be returned in accordance with our policy — however, bonus balances are non-refundable.

However, if a direct financial loss occurs due to fz 25, you may contact our support team for an investigation and appropriate resolution. The maximum compensation is limited to the original stake amount of the bet in question.

If a member does not raise an objection within 7 days of a change, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. Members who do not agree to the new terms may request account closure.
